7 Fluid Oz. Productions is happy to announce the world premiere of its newest production, Descendants of the Past, Ancestors of the Future. The short film, starring Golden Globe/Emmy/Drama Desk-nominee Tina Chen and the film’s writer-director, Albert M. Chan, will screen at the Boston Asian American Film Festival on Sunday, October 26, at 3:00 PM at the Paramount Center in Boston.

Guest House Films has announced that it will distribute 7 Fluid Oz.’ award-winning production, The Commitment. The film will appear on Guest House’s compilation, Green Briefs, which features short, gay-themed films about family life and family struggles. The compilation will be released on DVD and VOD (Video on Demand).
7 Fluid Oz.’ award-winning short film, The Commitment, will screen at the 2013 CNKY Film Festival. The film will screen in “Block A” on Saturday, September 21, 2013, at 1:30 PM at the Know Theatre of Cincinnati. The Know Theatre is located at 1120 Jackson St in Cincinnati, OH.

The Long Beach QFilm Festival will screen 7 Fluid Oz.’ award-winning production, The Commitment, on Saturday, September 7, 2013, at 4:45 PM at the Art Theatre in Long Beach, CA.
The Commitment will screen as part of the “Men in Briefs” session. The session’s female counterpart, “Women in Shorts,” will screen on Saturday, September 7, at 2:30 PM.
The “Men in Briefs” screening session features short films from four different countries: Australia, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United States.
The DC Shorts® Film Festival will screen 7 Fluid Oz.’ short film, The Commitment, four times at the 2013 festival:
- Saturday, September 21, at 4:30 PM
- Monday, September 23, at 7:00 PM
- Wednesday, September 25, at 9:00 PM
- Saturday, September 28, at 3:00 PM
The Commitment, written and directed by Albert M. Chan, will be represented at the festival by award-winning actress Kerri Patterson, whose performance in The Commitment earned her “Best Supporting Actress in a Short Film” from the Asians on Film Festival (Summer, 2012).
