Descendants of the Past Screens at Toronto International Short Film Festival

Toronto International Short Film Festival LogoDescendants of the Past, Ancestors of the Future will have its international premiere today at 5:30 PM at the Toronto International Short Film Festival. The film will screen alongside seven other films in Program 4 at the Carlton Cinema at 20 Carlton Street in Toronto.

Scheduled to be in attendance at the screening are the film’s writer/director/lead actor, Albert M. Chan, and the film’s lead actress, Golden Globe/Emmy/Drama Desk-nominee Tina Chen.

Descendants of the Past, Ancestors of the Future to Premiere at Boston Asian American Film Festival

The short film, starring Golden Globe/Emmy/Drama Desk-nominee Tina Chen and the film’s writer-director, Albert M. Chan, will screen at the Boston Asian American Film Festival on Sunday, October 26, at 3:00 PM at the Paramount Center in Boston.

The Commitment to Be Distributed on DVD by Guest House Films

Guest House FilmsGuest House Films has announced that it will distribute 7 Fluid Oz.’ award-winning production, The Commitment. The film will appear on Guest House’s compilation, Green Briefs, which features short, gay-themed films about family life and family struggles. The compilation will be released on DVD and VOD (Video on Demand).

The Commitment to Screen at CNKY Film Festival

CNKY Film Festival T-Shirt7 Fluid Oz.’ award-winning short film, The Commitment, will screen at the 2013 CNKY Film Festival. The film will screen in “Block A” on Saturday, September 21, 2013, at 1:30 PM at the Know Theatre of Cincinnati. The Know Theatre is located at 1120 Jackson St in Cincinnati, OH.

20 Year Anniversary - QFilms - Long Beach LGBTQ Film FestivalThe Long Beach QFilm Festival will screen 7 Fluid Oz.’ award-winning production, The Commitment, on Saturday, September 7, 2013, at 4:45 PM at the Art Theatre in Long Beach, CA.

The Commitment will screen as part of the “Men in Briefs” session. The session’s female counterpart, “Women in Shorts,” will screen on Saturday, September 7, at 2:30 PM.

The “Men in Briefs” screening session features short films from four different countries: Australia, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United States.
